I learned to cook at a very young age at home, and this passion still lives within me today. Naturally, at 16, my first job was in the kitchen. What I didn't anticipate is that it's not just the position or the industry that matters, but more importantly the team behind it. What was missing from the offer was what I was going to experience on a daily basis: people who didn't have the same interest in the profession as me. This is the kind of disconnect we want to avoid. For me, a job offer should make it clear who the people behind it are, what the real team dynamics are.
